filibet requires identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
filibet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filibet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. filibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify filibet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. filibet may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security incident.

filibet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from filibet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to filibet support immediately.
All transactions on filibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). filibet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Important: filibet does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

filibet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
filibet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. filibet makes no representations regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit filibet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
filibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with filibet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
filibet complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
