As Personal Information Controller, filibet determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable Philippine data privacy law.

Where filibet engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf (for example, payment processors or KYC verification providers), those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

• Verifying your identity and age (21+) in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations;

09 Data Retention

filibet retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping requirements;
• Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Responsible gaming records — retained for the duration of any self-exclusion period plus five (5) years, to prevent re-registration during exclusion;
• Support communications — retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication;
• Technical and usage data — retained for up to twenty-four (24) months, after which it is anonymised or deleted;
• Marketing consent records — retained until consent is withdrawn, plus three (3) years for compliance documentation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with filibet's data disposal procedures.

10 Data Security

Our security measures include, but are not limited to:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and filibet.vip;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial data and identity documents;

While filibet takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your filibet login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

11 Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by filibet:

12 Children & Minors

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered with filibet or provided personal data to filibet without your consent, please contact us immediately at privacy at filibet.vip so that we can take prompt action.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

filibet primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, international cloud infrastructure providers or game content studios — filibet ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:

• Contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law;
• Transfers only to countries or organisations that the National Privacy Commission has determined provide adequate data protection;
• Your explicit consent, where required by law.

filibet will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without first implementing appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtaining your consent.

14 Policy Amendments

filibet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of filibet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy.
